In new commercial construction, we know that you have deadlines and inspections to meet! We stay in contact with your construction contractors to make sure that our installation and inspections support your construction schedule.

EASY, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

Whether you are building a new office or want to replace the heating and air conditioning system in your existing work place, Comfort Star technicians will respond to your call the same day. As soon as we receive your approval on the design of your system, we schedule you immediately so that your system is installed within two to three days. Your comfort and the comfort of your staff is our priority!

We treat your office like our home! In order to minimize dust and disruption, Comfort Star technicians always enter your workspace with shoe coverings and lay down floor coverings in the work area. Our goal is to complete every repair and installation within one day! That means you can get back to work in comfort with as little disturbance to your business as possible.

Installing a new system? At Comfort Star, we have found that our clients need a day or two to get used to using a new thermostat and a chance to try-out their new system. Once our work is complete, we return within two days to see how the system is working, to answer all of your questions and to make sure that our work has exceeded your expectations.

This is our award-winning system maintenance program that we offer to you. Twice a year, we will contact you to schedule a time to come in and do a thorough examination of your system. In the spring, we go over the air conditioning system to make sure that all parts, duct work and air flow are in peak condition for the summer season. Then we return again in the fall to check all parts of the heating system and air distribution to make sure that you and your staff will be comfortable in the winter season.
